To Qualify

· All films will be displayed upon the sole discretion of the Festival Director and Festival Staff
· Films must be free of unlicensed content and vetted for commercial exhibition.
· Entrants must own rights to all content in the films they submit.
· Copyrighted music will be accepted only with proper broadcast clearance.
· Films in a foreign language must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English to be considered for exhibition.
· Total runtime no longer than eight minutes
· Content must be suitable for general audiences.
· Select films upon the discretion of the Festival Director and Staff will be licensed by Third Screen Film Festival on a nonexclusive basis for exhibition on wireless, broadband and other platforms, including A&E's multiple platforms.
